1. Handcrafted Artisanal Variations
Every Guruji Darbar and wooden throne crafted by Decor.N.Kraft is individually hand-carved from Grade-A Teakwood by master artisans and gilded with 24k gold leaf foil. Because natural wood is an organic material, subtle natural grain patterns, color tone variations, or hand-tool carving textures are inherent characteristics of luxury woodwork and do not constitute defects.
2. Order Acceptance & Price Adjustments
Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of an order. Decor.N.Kraft reserves the right to decline or limit order quantities in cases of pricing errors, raw material shortages, or unserviceable delivery locations.
3. Customer Freight & Destination Responsibilities
Customers must ensure an adult is available at the delivery destination address to receive and sign for heavy wooden crate freight shipments. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, any re-delivery or warehouse storage fees incurred by logistics carriers will be payable by the customer.
4. Intellectual Property
All product designs, throne dimensions, high-resolution imagery, video media, and brand assets displayed on www.decornkraft.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Decor.N.Kraft. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial copying is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
