Every Guruji Darbar is packaged inside a custom-fitted multi-layer shockproof bubble wrap and secured in a heavy-duty reinforced **wooden crate** to ensure total safety during transit. All freight shipments are insured against physical transit damage across India.

2. Fulfillment & Delivery Timeline

Because each Darbar is handcrafted with intricate teakwood carving and 24k gold leaf gilding:

• Workshop Crafting & Crate Packaging: Takes 5 to 7 business days.
• Freight Transit & Delivery: Takes 4 to 6 business days depending on destination pincode.

You can track your live consignment progress at any time on our website using your Order Number and Mobile Number.

3. Shipping Charges & Address Accuracy

Standard delivery fees or promotional free shipping offers are displayed during checkout prior to payment. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, complete with landmark and pincode.

4. Unboxing Inspection & Assistance

Due to the heavy wooden crate packaging, we advise customers to keep a screwdriver or claw hammer ready for unboxing. Customers must record a continuous unboxing video upon arrival for transit insurance verification.
