Custom Built No-Return Notice
Every Guruji Darbar is custom-carved to order from solid Grade-A Teakwood and 24k gold leaf foil. Because each piece is created exclusively for your sanctum, ALL SALES ARE 100% FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, AND NO REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND ARE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
1. Strict 12-Hour Order Cancellation Window
Orders may ONLY be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement. Once 12 hours have elapsed, raw teakwood cutting and master carving commence, and 0% refund will be issued for subsequent cancellation requests.
2. Mandatory 24-Hour Transit Damage Reporting & Video Requirement
All items are dispatched inside heavy reinforced wooden crates with freight transport insurance. In the rare event of transit damage:
- Damage MUST be reported within strictly 24 hours of delivery.
- Customer MUST provide a single continuous, uncut unboxing video showing the wooden crate seal breaking and item inspection.
- Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery or without unboxing video proof will be strictly rejected.
Upon valid verified video proof within 24 hours, Decor.N.Kraft will repair or replace the damaged component free of cost.
3. Natural Wood Character Disclaimer
Natural wood grain patterns, knot variations, minor carving textures, or gold leaf foil tone variations are organic characteristics of handcrafted Teakwood art and cannot be claimed as manufacturing defects or grounds for replacement.
4. Re-Delivery & Storage Fees
If a delivery fails because the customer was unreachable or unavailable at the specified destination, any re-consignment or warehouse holding fees charged by logistics carriers must be borne entirely by the customer.
